Bubble Journey
This is a good sized painting that basically just expresses a color fantasy. I think of a Mermaid, blowing bubbles while swimming just below the sea’s surface. I can almost imagine a sweet little fish or two popping around the corner as she makes her turn! Sometimes I just love to paint from my Imagination, and this one is definitely one of those times that I did just that. I close my eyes and paint the colors I see! If you look through the purple bubbles into the blues just beyond, you can see the waves of the ocean not far ahead. I love the beach and the ocean, as mentioned in my “About Me’ section. This is what it means to me, but as with all of my Art, feel free to let the painting tell YOU what it’s all about!

Acrylic paints with overlay of Gold Enamel Pen. Brilliant Blues, Purples, accents of White and Pink dots. Tones of Cobalt and Pthalo Blue. I’ve mixed and layered the Purples, myself, using a combination of Dioxazin Purple and Violets, and applied in glazes. Protective Clear Finish.
